Rachel Glen L.I.S.T.D


Early on Rachel knew she wanted to be a dance teacher and upon completing her A-levels quickly moved on to taking her first set of teaching qualifications with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. 


Rachel has taught at many primary & secondary schools running one off workshops and breakfast dance clubs as well as spending a number of years teaching at Wolfson College, part of the University of Cambridge.


Rachel now has build up over 12 years teaching both children and adults. Training pupils not only socially but for examinations and competitions, all with outstanding results. Rachel still continues to broaden her skills by taking higher qualifications and attending regular courses and workshops.

Sheena Janssen 


Since a child Sheena competed in area and national medal competitions in both disco freestyle and ballroom and latin until she headed off to dance college. Sheena trained at the The Centre PAC in musical theatre were she worked hard to gain her teacher qualifications.


Since graduating Sheena has had the privilege to dance and to travel the world, in India dancing Bollywood and performing in massive live award shows. In South America dancing in a circus! performing in many different hotels in Greece and travelled to Italy to perform in dance shows.


Since returning to England Sheena has been teaching PE dance in a number of primary schools across Cambridgeshire and teaching ballet to young children.
